The Plugin and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of DNS Stack Private Limited (Utility Server). This includes but is not limited to:
- Source code and object code
- Design, structure, and organization
- Branding, logos, and trademarks (RHINO, MARLIN, Utility Server)
- Documentation and user guides
6. User Obligations
6.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Plugin only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials, API keys, or access tokens used with the Plugin.
6.3 Third-Party Services
If you integrate third-party services (e.g., Cloudflare), you are responsible for complying with their terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DNS STACK PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.
9. Support and Updates
9.1 Best Effort Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time.
9.2 Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. You are encouraged to keep the Plugin updated.
9.3 No Obligation
We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, updates, or bug fixes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Plugin at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
